Indoor Air Quality

Most people spend a large amount of their time indoors. Indoor air quality, IAQ is becoming an increasingly important factor when selecting products to be installed within building spaces because it can have a major influence on the health and well-being of building occupants. Poor indoor air quality has been linked to the phenomenon known as Sick Building Syndrome. Poor indoor air quality is also believed to contribute to diminished learning in schools and reduced productivity in offices and can be caused by a number of factors such as inadequate ventilation, inadequate cleaning regimes and the emission of volatile organic compounds, VOCs.

All our safety flooring products have been independently tested and comply with relevant national and international standards for indoor air quality.
