Altro commits to sustainability at Ecobuild

Hundreds of visitors flocked to see interior surfaces specialist Altro’s eye catching stand at this year’s Ecobuild exhibition, which saw the company demonstrate its commitment to sustainability. As well as showcasing its range of exciting and innovative flooring and walling products, the company unveiled its 6 Steps to Sustainability to visitors.

Altro’s 6 Steps programme encompasses all areas of sustainability including product development, energy saving, recycling, waste reduction, carbon footprint and corporate social responsibility.

The eye-catching and minimalist black, white and green stand showcased a range of interior surfaces from Altro’s vast portfolio, including Altro Maxis Suprema, the first safety flooring to achieve a BREEAM A rating under the BRE’s environmental profiling scheme.
